n case the customer wishes, he can cancel his order before receiving the products he had ordered. In this case, the paid price will be refunded in the way it was paid, as long as the products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the customer.
If the products have already been delivered to the courier company, then the cancellation of the order is considered a return of the products, as mentioned below.
In any case that the customer wishes, he has the right to return the product he has received or to replace it with another one, notifying us within seven (7) days of receiving the product and filling out the Product Return form. The customer must fill in all the fields of the Product Return form, as well as state the reason for the return of the product, in order to receive a Product Return Approval Number (S.A.E.P.).
If the customer wishes to return the product without taking another one (exercising the right of withdrawal after delivery), the price paid will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid.
If the customer wants to return the product and replace it with another one, he should keep in mind that:
a) If the new product has a higher price than the returned one then the customer will proceed with a new payment process (of the difference amount).
b) If the new product has a lower price than the returned one then the customer will be credited with the price difference.
In any case, the returns of the products will be made according to the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used.
- The product is in the same condition as it was when delivered to the customer, without damage and complete inside the package it had at delivery.
- Upon return, the product must be accompanied by a copy of the document (receipt or invoice).
- Returns of products will be accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of their receipt and with the necessary condition that a written notification of the reason for return to the Product Return form has been made, within 7 days of their receipt.
- Returns of products within Greece will be made free of charge, exclusively through the courier company ELTA COURIER.
- The price of the returned product will be the one indicated on the invoice-shipping form, regardless of whether the price has changed (if it has increased or decreased) on the day of return.
In case the customer needs to return the parcel for the second consecutive time, there will be a charge of 5 € for the shipping costs (courier).
You should try all the shoes on a soft surface, until you are sure that you want to keep them. The shoes should be returned to their original.
Return / Exchange Procedure:
Only for your first return to us, you are not charged with the transport costs (recipient charge).
For the next one there is a charge of 3 euros
- In the case of replacing a product with a different size or a different type, the new products are sent by our company with a transport cost of €3, regardless of the original value of the order.
Refunds:
- It is a necessary condition to complete the return form that you will find in your package, filling in your personal information as well as the PRODUCT RETURN / MONEY REFUND fields.
- After you send your return and we receive it we will proceed to process your request.
- Funds are credited to your account within 7 working days of receipt of the return by our company.
- The company is not charged with any bank charges.
- In refunds only the cost of the product is refunded.
Money back GREECE
In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund. The sender undertakes the shipping with a company of his choice (sender charge). If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product in the bank account that you will indicate to us within 10 working days from the day we receive your parcel. For orders that have been paid by Debit / Credit Card or Paypal, the return of the value of the products is made to the respective account.Otherwise the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you about the impossibility of refund and return of this package. The refund concerns the value of the products. Any extra charge from courier services are non-refundable!

Shipments to Cyprus are charged with shipping costs of 15 euros per order and are free for orders over 100 euros.
